Working with a university incubator Stefan's studio helped launch Australian technology startups as early as 1986. Creating brand strategies that opened international markets for them.
This formative experience made palpable the connection between creative-design and creative-business; a notion aligned to design-thinking. It laid the seeds of entrepreneurship for his own enterprises shown here.
With these businesses, and those of client's, he has participated in every stage of startup development from business model design to operational management. Challenges like capital raising, grants, intellectual property and financial modelling. And crucial processes like concept validation, market analysis, and the architecture around supply chain and operational systems.
His strategic proposals have earned reputation for quality and rigour, consistently winning seed funding, grants, awards and business success.
